Perfect Fall Morning Smoothie!

This is the perfect smoothie to get you in the mood for Thanksgiving…and set your body up for success for the day! I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Pumpkin Apple Smoothie

What You Need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 medium apple sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
  • ¼ cup organic canned pumpkin puree
  • Couple dashes of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or do collagen)
  • Optional: ¼ cup rolled oats (this gives it just a little more umph/filling)
  • Ice if you want it thick!

What To Do:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!

**Add the powders last to avoid caking!
